Entry includes t-shirt with collection on the evening of each 5k event. Number and t-shirt collection 4.15pm to 5.15pm.

We are really looking forward to seeing you at the RTÉ Radio 1 Run with Ray in Buncrana.

REGISTRATION

Please arrive early to collect your run number and your Run with Ray t-shirt,  the registration desk will open at 4pm.

START TIME

The Run with Ray event will take place at 5:30pm and should finish up before 7pm.

The course

The course starts and ends at the Tip O’Neill monument in Buncrana. The 5km route is a mixture of tarmac paths, gravel paths and trail paths. This course is not suitable for buggies and pushchairs.

Parking

There is parking available in the surrounding area. Where possible, we suggest carpooling to the run location. We also ask that all of those using their cars to be mindful of residents and businesses in the area and to park responsibly.

BAG DROP

There is no bag drop available, so it is encouraged that you travel light and take any waste/empty bottles with you and bin responsibly. We encourage all participants to leave the park and its location as you have found it.

The course

The course is at Castle Park, Kilkenny. The course is run on a mixture of tarmac paths and gravel paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

There is no designated parking on the grounds. Participants must use public parking where available. Run With Ray is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles on any public areas.
